The Princess of Prussia, Tower Hill

Stumbled across this pub and now go all the time. It's a family run pub so it has a great atmosphere and feel about it which is unseen these days mostly. A great group of people seem to hang out here and all appear to be well mannered city folk (lunch time and evening). The menu/food is amazing it is all fresh and home cooked, none of your microwave wetherspoon's rubbish here. I try something different everytime and I have never been disappointed - great choice of traditional pub food as well as full blown meals, you could treat someone here very easily. Moving on the bar is superbly kept, clean, great well mannered and pleasant staff. The manageress is superb, she always greets us and is such a busy body and such a live wire, she always makes our day when we go in. The beer is probably the best kept I have found (and I drink a lot). I can truthfully say you'll find the best pint of guinness here (outside of ireland), the owner prides herself on it being of Irish heritage. Stop wishing for great places to go and drink and eat, this is THE place.. Do yourself a favour and get down their. Great booze, great grub, great company... Pack up your desk and go NOW!!
