The Barge Inn, Woolstone

I visited The Barge Inn at Woolstone on Saturday 25 July with my partner we enjoyed a drink in the beer garden as we have done on many occasions in the past.

We then ordered two Ribeye Steak meals and the only way I can describe them was very inferior quality the peas were dried the chips had some vile coating on them and the onion rings were burnt when I spoke to the Manager I was given the impresson that he couldn't care less. The meal wasn't cheap �15 for a main course. We have eaten in the Barge at Woolstone several times and if I had cause for concern the Manager always looked at least interested in this case he certainly wasn't he just said take it up with Vintage Inns. My partner paid for this meal under protest sadly this lovely pub has lost a customer!
