Good popular place. Typical 'Spoons, decently priced beer and food, generally a good range of options.
Not enough bar staff - it's a long bar, and all too often people are served out of turn.
Staff variable, some excellent, others seem to want to natter between themselves or replenish the glasses while customers wait expectantly or expire from thirst.
Food is decently priced and provided. If you want Michelin cuisine pay five times the price.
Good range of beers, occasionally the beer may be a little unsatisfactory, but it's always changed without question (this has only happened to me twice since it opened).
