White Horse, Howden
The White Horse has only recently re-opened after a major refurb. It has three cask ales - Tetleys, and two guests. At the time of writing it was Timmy Taylors Golden Best and Black Sheep. New Landlord and Landlady obviously doing it right as pint was next to perfect. Menu updated to simple but homecooked food. Still busy on a Friday and Saturday, but no sign of trouble. A good friendly local.
