The Ship and Shovell, Charing Cross

What a great pub. The location is lovely, tucked away down a passage yet easy to get to. The Badger is always in top condition in my experience and you feel like you're in a proper pub as it should be. One of my favourite pubs.

The Chancellors, Hammersmith

Nice enough pub in which I had a decent pint of ale. It's near the river but like RogerB says don't expect to see it. Tucked nicely away from Fulham Palace Road and still has a bit of character.

The Old Suffolk Punch, Hammersmith

To echo the reviews below, it's sad to see what this place has become. Just another bland modernised bar now. Why do breweries keep doing this, I don't know anyone who'd rather a characterless place like this than a proper pub?
