Racehorse, Warwick

Have used this pub occasionally in the past with no problems but last Saturday evening was a complete disaster.
Ordered food at 7.30 and was told there`d be a 40 min. wait which was fine. After an hour and half and still no food we decided to cancel order and get refund as did another 6 tables. The manageress was very hostile and did`nt offer any explanation or any form of apology. We had spent quite a fair amount on drinks and felt very disappointed. Won`t be going back!
