The Jolly Sailor, Maldon

To be fair, the folk running this place have done a pretty good job in trying to build up a friendly atmosphere. The loos are much improved. Mobbed in the summer, nice and cosy in winter.

Summer Pavilion my arse. Owned by the same plonker that owns the Blue Boar. Not worth bothering with. The view over the mud is definitely not the eight wonder of the world.
