The New Inn, Blencogo

Expensive food, menu with not much choice and their service has something to be desired (owner swanning about not really doing anything useful). The Decor is very mis-matched. You walk into an oldy worldy bar area (where most of the beer on tap is out of stock) and then into a dining area that is decorated like a nineties kitchen. The amosphere was non existant. Dining out is not all about drinking for me, but luckily there was a jug of water on the table as we were just left to go thirsty as we did not wish to order wine.

The Royal Oak, Curthwaite

It�s alright, but at the end of the day it�s just another bar meal.
It is a 'Pub', just with a fancy website.
