The Red Lion, Shepperton

This is quite the worst pub I have visited in a long time. Went for Sunday lunch and the food was very much below average. I have never seen a yorkshire pud like it - a sort og soggy mass. The bread and butter pudding was either a microwavable or tinned product. The other downside was that you cannot just have a roast you have to pay for the dessert as well. I think it was �12 which for what it was is outrageous. The whole place seemed dirty and scruffy - everything was worn. The staff were more interested in chatting to their customer mates about last night. These customers who were pretty much the only other people in the place were VERY loud including loud conversations on mobile phones. The only reason I rate this 1 out of 10 is because the beer was OK.
