The Lighthouse, Battersea
Lighthouse is my local and I have enjoyed a casual drink and an occasional bite to eat on numerous occasions. Lovely beer garden and all round good atmosphere. The whole experience however is regularly soured by the arrogant,cocky (see below) and rude bar staff. These idiots have no concept of customer service / service with a smile and are ruining an otherwise very very nice boozer.
