The Tap and Spile, Guisborough
Inside it's a pretty basic pub and has far too many TV's for my liking but I did have a couple of nice pints of Timothy Taylors Landlord.

The Evenhill, Littlebourne
The Evenhill has quite a small bar area but there is a log fire at one end that makes it a warm and sociable place to drink and chat. There is normally 2 or 3 hand pumped cask beers from Shepherd Neame on offer and I took a liking to the “Masterbrew.” The staff are friendly, confident and were quick to respond to one’s needs if one’s glass was empty. We found the food in the restaurant very tasty with good sized portions. We have stayed the Evenhill on a couple occasions and plan to go back.
