The Lava Lounge, Swindon

I have been going there for time, but now its all run down toilets broke upstairs heaters not working
And the staff are so damn rude, miserable, i left early due to thier selective bar serveing. I asked for the owners name and contact and was refused it, i asked for the web site so i could make a complaint. the manager A Stubbs seemed clueless as what to do. And said all complaints were to be with him..really!! He never even asked which of the staff it was. Funny as i was complaining some one else left saying .."what a miserable lot behind the bar"
