The Volunteer, Baker Street

What's the point of this pub? Apart from calling here to use the toilets, the answer is that there is none. Why not go to the off-licence and drink in the park.
Great toilets

The 3 Lions, Camden

Good pub, not as bad as it first seems from the outside. Good spot for a friendly pint and watching the racing. One of the few pubs in the area full of real people, and not a bunch of pretentious wannabees

6 May 2008 11:59

The Dew Drop, Stratford

This is the one of the finest pubs in the east end. It was much better when Danny was the chef though.

A good regular locals pub, friendly with peanuts, better when Big Aussie Tanya was there.

18 Jan 2007 16:24

18 Jan 2007 16:13

The Heron, Paddington

Nice little pub. Good screens with Sky. Food a tad greasy. Landlady is hip, Nigel a bit square. Fine.

Fantastic, most beautiful honeys in london

24 Nov 2005 16:49

A strange pub full of posh drunks in an unusual setting, worth checking out.

22 Sep 2005 17:12

The Plumbers Arms, Victoria

the upstairs is quaint, like being in someone's own sitting room, ok pub.

22 Sep 2005 17:09

The Talbot, Belgravia

A great pub.

22 Sep 2005 17:08

The Tea Clipper, Knightsbridge

This pub is very smoke-filled and unpleasant. I wish they would mend the ventilation.

22 Sep 2005 17:07

The Monkey Puzzle, Paddington

good pub, friendly staff and half decent food, good foe sitting out in the summer.

20 Sep 2005 16:02

20 Sep 2005 16:01

20 Sep 2005 16:00

The Duke of York, Marylebone

A great pub to watch sport and let your hair down.

20 Sep 2005 15:50

The Duke of Kendal, Marylebone

Good place for thai food but quite a small pokey spot. Allright for a quick one.

6 Sep 2005 14:11

The Pride of Paddington, Paddington

Great place for a few while waiting to go elsewhere, no smoking area during the day, food and big screen, staffed by humourless south african bar staff.

31 Aug 2005 14:51

The Marylebone Bar and Kitchen, Marylebone

4 a pint? You're having a laugh, perhaps circa 2010 but a bit expensive nowadays. Full of ponces.

31 Aug 2005 14:44

The Victory, Marylebone

Better than it used to be but still a little shady, there are much better local alternetives.

31 Aug 2005 14:43

The Old English Gentleman, Edgware Road

A bit of a dump, full of dodgy people.

31 Aug 2005 14:41

The Kings Head, Marylebone

A lovely little pub, friendly with good berr and ok steaks, what more could you ask for?

22 Aug 2005 17:01

The Bricklayer's Arms, Marble Arch

Usually closed for most of the week, this pub is a little dull even when it's open.

22 Aug 2005 16:57

The Carpenters Arms, Marble Arch

Not a bad little boozer, decent beer and sky sports, good place for a sunday afternoon.

22 Aug 2005 16:55

The Masons Arms, Marylebone

The beer is awful and the food is a little suspect too. I like the "fire" in the winter. Passers-by seem to call in to use the lavatory making the pub feel like a giant public toilet on a frosty sunday night. Interesting history.

22 Aug 2005 16:54

The Wargrave Arms, Marylebone

An very expensive pub to hang out though the beer and service are of a high standard. Oh, the food is home-cooked and pretty good.

22 Aug 2005 16:48

The Larrik, Marylebone

A good afternoon pub, best avoided in the evening, nice enough food and big screen tv. Closed on Saturday for some reason.

22 Aug 2005 16:44

The Beehive, Marylebone

Small and dull, better off going round the corner to the Windsor Castle

22 Aug 2005 16:38

Occo, Marylebone

Occo? yeah right. A bit pricey looking and pretentious.

22 Aug 2005 16:34

The Harcourt Arms, Marylebone

A trifle boring. It's so bright and quiet that sometimes I wish someone would fart to liven things up. Good value "beer of the week" promotion for 2. A dreadful swedish concoction is also on sale, be warned!

22 Aug 2005 16:31

Windsor Castle, Marylebone

A great pub, full of interesting artifacts makes it feel like drinking in a museum. Great smell of thai food and a pleasant landlady called Irene. Last orders strictly enforced and glasses taken from your hand at 11:19:59p.m so be warned.

22 Aug 2005 16:27

The Globe, Lisson Grove

A good acomodating landlord, clientelle a bit rough. Good spot for a drink while waiting for your fish accross the road.

22 Aug 2005 16:21

The Victoria and Albert, Marylebone Station

What else would you expect at a railway station?

22 Aug 2005 16:19

The Hobgoblin, Marylebone

This once fantastic pub has declined steadily over a five year period. The food is not a patch on how it used to be at the turn of the century, the beer is lousy and often tastes like it has gone off and the bar is often shabby. Still a friendly spot however.

22 Aug 2005 16:18

The Swan and Edgar, Marylebone

A little gem of a place, you can bring your own take-away on a saturday night and watch Match of the Day with the local lagerheads. Very friendly, great jukebox and beer.

22 Aug 2005 16:12

The Allsop Arms, Marylebone

A great pub to watch football but a bit souless to spend the whole evening. The food is overpriced for such average fayre. Beer is ok.

22 Aug 2005 16:10

The Phoenix, Marylebone

A bit of a den of villians. Closed at weekends.
