Love this pub! I have to say I agree that it is a bit of an old man's pub but there are often young people in there for the karaoke. Very friendly bunch and good atmosphere. The landlord is great too!

What a shame! This pub has gone WAAAAY down in my estimation!! I mean come on... Strippers??? Are they really THAT desperate!!! Thumbs down I have to say!

Love this pub! They've done it all up and the pub's got a completely different feel to it now. Loving the Thursday nights in there. I love karaoke and it makes a nice change on a Thurday night! There are a few karaokes in the area on a Thurs but this one is by far the best! Great pub!! (Also think they have wireless internet too - great idea!!) Going again tonight... la la la la la la la!!!

Fun, trendy pub, suited to all ages. There are plenty of students but everyone seems to get on really well! I agree that the bar staff are extremely friendly. Also totally agree about the karaoke - one of the best karaokes I've been to. Shame it's not every week but well worth a visit!! 5 star!!!

Fantastic pub with good atmosphere. Always new faces even when the students are away. Great entertainment and agree about the karaoke. Good all round pub. Ignore these old gits who complain about it! Like someone said - go somewhere else if you don't like it! Will definitely visit again!
