Odd pub, staff are rude, no TV's for sport but cheap so it's a winner for me!

Quality boozer, I suspect they smuggle the bar staff in from Armenia in the same truck as they get their moody plasma screens from. Cheap and cheerful, also shows satellite TV from 47 different countries on various screens around the pub.

The Travellers Friend, Woodford Green
The pub that time forgot!
Has so much potential yet suffers so much from the surly attitude of Lucy the Landlady and her stroppy daughter Regan.
I know blokes who have drunk there for 30+ years who steer clear now due to the attitude of staff.
Such a shame

The Monkhams Inn, Buckhurst Hill
It has been nicely refurbished but still suffers with some moronic clients.
The Land Lady is lovely, but sadly she has no presence in the pub, the bar staff are young and very inexperienced.
If the "Guvnor" stamped their authority on this pub it would be great, sadly they think people want to watch X Factor on a Saturday night down their local!

Found the landlord to be intolorant of morons which was refreshing! Great Lakeland pub, good food and excellent beer,
