i worked here about 7 years ago and was good if any problem i would rectify it as soon as possible nd ake sure the customers new i was dealing with the problem unfortuntaly i left and it just went downhill i wished i owned it as possible goldmine and great customers just in desperate need of descent staff

it's a great pub since dave took over has turned it around fantasticly dj night is brill loads of old skool and kareoke is brill cheap beer friendly staff and customers do i really need to say anymore

The Paxton, Gipsy Hill

I worked there for years in the early 90's was a fantastic pub jackie and steve were great entertainers and you could garrentee you always had a good night and a major hangover the next day.
A shame these pubs have to change.

The Duke of Somerset, Aldgate

This pub used to be great now the staff are unfriendly close when they feel like and you tend to feel like a spare part in a big pub but very few customers not welcoming at all. A waste of a pub that could be great.
