The Sherlock Holmes, Charing Cross

Disgusting food (and I mean really digusting), absolutely awful service, the staff weren't interested at all. Not as tacky as I was expecting with an OK beer range (not great but ok)........ avoid.

The Crane, Wandsworth

Nice beer selection, friendly staff, not the most exciting pub but there's certainly worst places in Wandsworth to have a beer. Bit of a strange location though, out of the way......

The Hop Pole, Wandsworth

Pikey clientel - not the nicest decor inside, don't see a lot going for it really......

The Eagle Tavern, Battersea

Always has a good selection of ales, very friendly bar staff and a nice little beer garden. Decked out with some comfy sofas, dog friendly (there is always a dog or two in there) and shows major sporting events. Great little pub.

The Old Sergeant, Wandsworth

Decent local pub, Youngs beers, decent decor, would go back though not in a massive hurry.

Graffiti Bar, Earlsfield

Horrible. 'Cocktail' bar where you will find most of Earlsfield's population of builders and tramps sitting at the bar.

The Fog, Earlsfield

Quality proper pub. Even a 1970s looking lounge and a guy at the bar in overalls talking to everyone about sport. Can't beat that, great place.

The Alma Tavern, Wandsworth Town

Or 'Henrys' I should say. Or maybe even 'Henries'. Who know? Henry doesn't.

The Alma Tavern, Wandsworth Town

Nice looking pub, some good ales, full of hooray Henry's. Pricey

The Nightingale, Balham

Nice little local. Good beers, nice bar staff (brought a dog biscuit and water bowl out for little Eric within 30 seconds of walking in the pub), pleasant folk drinking. Recommended

The Bank, Battersea

Full of idiots, not a good selection of beers. Don't see the point of this bar

The Duck, Battersea

Good for a beer and the football in the day time, wouldn't bother at night. Bad beer selection (Pride and largers)

The Puzzle, Earlsfield

Hell on earth. Unless you idea of a good pub is loads of Saffers watching South African state rugby discussing who can drink the most out of their shoe.

The East Hill, Wandsworth

Ok looking pub but full of toffs in chinos. Avoid.

24 Jun 2010 21:15

The Royal Standard, Wandsworth

Great little boozer, nice bar staff, comfy sofas, friendly drinkers, not the best selection of beers mind....... pleasant place for a few drinks with a mate

24 Jun 2010 21:14

The Beehive, Wandsworth

Boring - all in one square shaped room, bar feels like a counter that was just plonked down in the middle of the room. Crap

The Horniman at Hays, Southwark

If this isn't the worst pub in London I don't know what is. Horrible. Full of toursits with massive suitcases, you can hardly move in the pub, full of idiots in suits, terrible decor..........

24 Jun 2010 21:08

The Leather Bottle, Earlsfield

Youngs beers, massive beer garden, overpriced food........ good on a summers night, not sure I'd want to go there every week. Friendly bar staff.

24 Jun 2010 21:06

Bar 366, Earlsfield

Rubbish - horrible looking pub, impractical lay out of seats, terrible beer selection (tailors to people drinking crappy larger basically), nothing going for it at all........
