The Lansdowne, Primrose Hill

Been a few times with lover. Really nice ambience, good attentive staff, drinks expensive for a country boy, food good value, and decent choice.

Ye Olde Mitre Inne, Barnet

Good array of beers and ciders inc old Rosie . Always busy, always managed to get seat, and friendly landlord has helped . Staff friendly and attentive . Saw landlord refuse in a very friendly manner to serve two guys who had already had enough , on last visit. Pub food ok. Should ban smokers of electric cigarettes for looking stupid.

The Spread Eagle, Camden

Been in a couple of times recently before gigs. Good range of beers etc. had sharing food second visit but uninspiring, though not expensive. If you get a seat the place seems better !

The Millers Arms, Pershore

decent town centre pub, with good range of beers. Lively customers on St Patricks Day with drunken singing. Friendly bar staff. Comfy leathers sofa's.

The Haven, Whetstone

been a few times, most recently just after Christmas 2011. Good place for quiet night out, or a coffee, or sharing a bottle of wine. Have eaten in bar and pretty good selection and quality. Staff are attentive and on the ball. Not the place to go if you're looking for a pint of old harry's.......Travelodge virtually opposite if you want cheap stay

The New Inn, Bartestree

visited in October 2011. Strange place, untidy outside, some nice features inside. Young lad behind bar friendly and efficient, paying attention to customers. Decent beers, pretty standard looking food with prices to match though did'nt actually eat.

visited a few times recently, always busy, good atmosphere, good selection of beers, ciders, and wines. Food good. Staff on the ball, always looking for customers to be served. Reasonable prices.

The Pack Horse, Milton Hill

got there 7.31 on Sunday evening hoping to eat, and told that kitchen was closed, chef gone, roasts available, presumably chef pre cooks, and it's kept warm . Anyway food pretty awful. Pub generally ok, plenty of room and seating, helpful enough staff, good beers, only one draught cider
