The Old Tiger's Head, Lee

i wouldnt recommend this place to be fair

The Duke of Edinburgh, Lee

Great pub
been drinking in the area for quite a while and popped in during a footy game recently.
Nice, and friendly pub, has sky no real ale as such
fair pint of the black stuff and usual mix of lagers and cider etc.
prices very reasonable
run by a very nice irish crew think they have folk music as well now and again if thats your thing
fergal, carol and all the staff seem very nice
would recommend it, all you need now fergal is a quiz night mate.
this and the dacre arms the best in the area by a mile, this just gets my vote now as it has later hours and also has sky.
get in their........

The Hare and Billet, Blackheath

great pub best in Blackheath
Other is the Dacre Arms for me in Kingswood Place
its true a lot of people cant be bothered to walk up the hill to this little gem.
Thats all the better as u get served almost straight away.
Nice clean friendly pub
Better than the bloomin crown waiting 15 odd mins to get served.
Great pub do yourselves a favour and walk up the hill, you wont be disappointed..

very big
guest ales most times
usual lager mix

The Wharf, Dartford

Yeah true, you really do have to drive, or get a cab if drinking.
You wouldnt know this place was here
Lovely in the summer sitting outside near the lake
you could think u was in the country
great place to take the wife or girlfriend for a nice friendly chat/pint
They have done the place up a treat multi levels, must have cost a bomb.
Friendly staff, shep neame range, spitfire, orangeboom, etc
Great Pub, and dont seem to rush you out at closing time.
Also has carvery restuarant downstairs
I think they make a lot of trade from this
Highly recommend the place !!!!

The Dacre Arms, Lee

quiet pub
very expensive
very smokey at times
few stares when u walk in very locals pub
best little pub in blackheath and the Guvnor knows it, thats why its pricey.
recent licence extension turned down as this little pub is band in the middle of a residential area.
so its 11pm chaps
get their early if u want a seat
terry, John and all the crew still their, look out for the posh glass collector Quentin cant miss him check suits etc. Give it a bash

The Robin Hood and Little John, Bexleyheath

is a unique pub thats a cert
very small not a lot of room, but that just adds to the place really
nice beer, won quite a few awards
The prices reflect this, dearest pub in the area...
Apart from this a fine pub for a quiet beer....
You could always stumble up the road to the high st if u fancy a late one, zero bar etc......
Good pub
Bit quick on the old bell though...

The Malt Shovel, Dartford

Nice pub the best in Dartford...
If you want a quiet drink with youre mate girlfriend / wife etc this is the place to come.
I must admit Steve was a good landlord shame he has gone. Pub still good though food is good and they have a nice 3 teir beer garden in back. small car park so u might not get parked be warned.
No chavs and even andy Fordham has been seen in their he now runs the Rose in dartford.
All in all, Great Pub for a quiet Beer.
Cheers enjoy

The Crown, Lee

Nice pub has a few chavs now and again but not a bad place, bit pricey.
Quiz night on sunday's always seems to be won by the same team.
Maybe a bit of cheating going on people with palm pilots and blowers, bitter boy or some other team always seem to come through in the clutch.
then theirs john the machine, dont under estimate him he knows his stuff just buy him a special for a bribe.
Nice crowd Darren head barman and quiz master does a fair job even though his mic work needs a bit of tweaking. Lorretta, Doreatha and Martha the 3 polish ex pats barmaids are sweet if u manage to get through the language barrier.
They have a live band on thursday's elvis (thought he had gone over) is ok but buddy holly was crap.
Gets a bit smokey at times, beers stella kroney fosters etc youngs bitter, special on tap.
no sky they must get this sorted
thats about it, garden outside and a large car back to the year.
Best pub in the area.
Next best Dacre Arms, always does a late one just ask john and terry.
Give it a bash..........
