The Green Man, Harborne

Pretty similar in decor to the other ember inn pubs. Drinks and service are pretty good, but expect to be chucked out swiftly at closing time even if you havent finished your drink

The Foresters Arms, Horsham

Management has recently changed, and it seemed to have more people going to it than before when i popped in the other week. Previous owners were fab, but they seemed to be lagging towards the end of their time. The place needed some fresh air. The new management havent changed the character of the pub, and they seem like welcoming guys. Still a thumbs up for me!

The Station Inn, Ribblehead

Lovely pub, just a short distance from a public camping space. Very warming after a day on the snowy Dales before braving the cold night. Became very attached to the mulled wine, and the food was extremely yummy!

The Golden Lion Hotel, Horton in Ribblesdale

Very warming atmosphere..big open fire in one of the rooms was very welcome on those chilly nights! Drinks and service were good, and the locals were a friendly bunch.

Old Moseley Arms, Balsall Heath

Lovely atmosphere..very friendly barstaff. Drinks selection is really good..something for everyone!
Little bit dark, but that added to the character of the pub.

Yard Of Ale, Birmingham

Nice pub..no actual ales despite the name but there was some refreshing lager to drink instead. Very nice decor, very comfortable and a great service. Very relaxed feel.

The Wellington, Birmingham

Nice pub when you find it! Huge selection of ales, so you could spend ages in there just trying to choose a drink! What customers there were appeared to be locals just there to try out all the different ales, and so could have been there all day!
Good if you fancied to try out some ales, but not so good if you want atmosphere to go with it..

The Trocadero, Birmingham

Been there when quiet. Drinks and service were ok, and if you were feeling energetic you could have a dance on the mini dance area..

The Old Joint Stock, Birmingham

Great pub, definetly not your average! Nice ales, and the pies are delicious! Staff are pretty warming. Although most people appear to have come from work in their posh suits, dont let that put you off.
This is one pub to show off to your friends when in birmingham..

The Goose At The OVT, Selly Oak

You pay for what you get with the drinks. The bar staff are nice and polite though..

The Country Girl, Selly Oak

Nice atmos and good service. Although they appear to have a good selection of beers, there has been many a time when they have run out of ones that i wished to have and had to make do with a kronenbourg..

The Foresters Arms, Horsham

Lovely, cozy interior with a traditional pub feel. Real fire in winter, and a garden out the back for the summer. Very friendly staff, and customers! You almost feel at home when you walk in and sit down with a nice pint of Greene King IPA.
Quality of beers is good, just at the right temperature for a smooth drink.
Definately one to check out.

The Black Jug, Horsham

Very nice, especially if you go during the day when it is fairly quiet. Nice area out the back. Small, decent range of beers to choose from.
