Very disappointed. Poor customer service. It used to be a real nice style bar a few years ago, now unfortunately it's a bit of a dive to be honest. The toilets are generally a mess. The place could do with a paint job or referb. Long waits at the bar, and slow service from staff that don't appear to want to be there. The music is good.

An amazing find. Excellent customer service and high standards. A warm and welcoming outlet, with a real community feel. Great place to go to see live music, regular live bands and DJs. High quality, traditional pub grub and a wide range of drink products including tetleys and other bitters. I was pleasantly surprised to stumble across this pub in Ilkley and the B&B accomodation was more than reasonable and well run. Definitely a pub to visit even if you are not local to Ilkley.

O'Neills, Leeds
Lacks atmosphere. Not many customers. Poor menu. A bit boring really. One of O'Neills weaker outlets, fails to capture the spirit of the Irish. Wasn't showing the footie that I wanted to see when I went in either.
