Metropolitan Bar, Baker Street

I do not normally like Wetherspoons , but this one was great for breakfast . Nothing like a full English with a pint .I would gladly return here , and i dont say that often about Wetherspoons .

The Ship Tavern, Holborn

I really like this place , very cosy and friendly . The only pub i visit every time i travel to London . Already looking forward to next visit in April 2007 , bring it on .

The Shakespeare's Head, Holborn

Okay place , food was average . Decent pint of Kronenbourg but service very slow .Seemed loads of staff hanging about not doing much serving . Passable , just .

The Hoop and Grapes, Aldgate

Good pub , decent choice though wasn't impressed by toilets though not a major negative . I would definately return on next pub exploration trip to the big smoke .

The Royal George, Euston

Pretty decent drinking place , close to the station handy for waiting for train home . Decent beer and very good food id recommend it .

The Station Bar, Glasgow

Fantastic pub , not best decorated but wonderful friendly atmosphere . Never a long wait to be served and top ups given freely . Highly recommended .
