The Ku Bar, Charing Cross Road
Havent been in here for 5 years and it hasnt changed much. Still very up its own arse. The manager/owner is the most hateful man. I was looking at the dukebox to select a song when he pushed me out of the way and proceded to put �10 worth of songs on, I couldnt belive how awful he was. In any other bar in London the Landlord would allow you to select the songs and certainly not deliberately make you wait 2 hours to hear the songs you pay for.
No draught beer.

Agree with privious comments. Ok before a certain hour, any of my friends who go here always seem to get involved in a fight for no reason. Any time they go always say its their last.

Very poor all round, waited ages to be served. Ordered food which was 2-4-1, came with only one meal and barmaid wouldnt correct her mistake saying I only ordered one and would have to pay full price for another. Manager came saying the same thing, terrible service, the bar was obiviously very busy and noisy. Food not very good and full of people out for cheap drinks before moving on some place better or drinkers barred from Lloyds across the road.

Ok in summer to sit outside. Outerwise avoid!
Strange layout inside. Needs more seating domnstairs and upstairs has no atmosphere.

Looks like a big inviting pub. However lacks atmosphere, food is very dull from the heated-up variety.
Try to ask staff anything other than your order and they look at you like you're from outer space.
Would have potential in the right hands.

This place only gets going after 10pm and last time I was in they were charging �4 entry after 9 on weekends - too expensive!

Nice in summer, you can sit out by the canal. Not worth coming out for on cold winter nights. Gets very noisey on match nights. Could do with a refurb.

Large family pub. I've been here a couple of Sundays and one evening and always have to wait a life time to be served esp. on food where they only have 1 person taking orders on the till. Plenty of noisy kids running around

The Common Room, Ealing Common
Great bar, excellent food. Staff are very friendly and atmosphere is very relaxed. Perfect for Xmas drinks with mates. Fine selection of beers & wines.

A real find, perfect location for a drink after work. Very relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff - table service for drinks. Didn't try the food, but menu looked promising.

The Litten Tree, Greenford
Apparently is being turned into an Old Folks Home.
No loss.
