I have once again been refused a drink at this pub with no reason given. I've always found all staff pleasant but would like to know why 'my face doesn't fit'. Is it because I am English? I have never used bad language or been confrontational to staff or fellow pub-goers, or been drunk and incapable.

The Whalers Rest, Stornoway
The only pub as far as I know in Stornoway that serves *real* ale! Would like to see more pubs in the area offer this and give more support to the local brewery who do very nice range of beers.
