The Manor Bar & Grill, Tooting

Good atmosphere, food is excellent. usually 6 lagers on tap and two or three real ales which are usually in good nick. Two independent TVs, at the front and back so can show two sporting events at the same time. Nice staff and it's nice to see a child and dog friendly pub. Has heated covered area out back and in summer there's a barbecue facility.

Anyway, enough typing, I need to go there for a pint.

GJ's, Colliers Wood

I've seen this place change a lot over the last couple of years and for the better. GJs is now my regular because the staff are always very friendly and there's usually something going on.
Certainly it's the warmest atmosphere in the area.

There is a good range of lager on offer and a wide range of spirits and shooters. The cellar is well kept and, hopefully, Mark will be able to offer real ales from pump as well as the current bottles and John Smith's from keg.

GJs is becoming a real alternative to other local bars and I would recommend giving it a try.

Charles Holden, Colliers Wood

I recently moved to Collier's Wood but have worked in the area for 4 years now.

This pub was a real find! Far and away the best I've found in the area until you get up to Tooting Bec.

I was made to feel very welcome and will be visiting again tonight to see the footy.

Apparently there is wifi access throughout the pub and I'll be there for the rugby six nations avec laptop :)
