Has recently become a bit of a gamble due to dreadful management. Beers frequently off or "off" and the level of service is terrible. And for the love of all that is good in this world, could the management please get shot of that total numpty of a barman: the one with the mullet/slaphead combination who looks like one of the henchmen from the film Die Hard. He has to go. Simply awful.

Food's perfectly good, but the staff are absolutely dreadful. In your face with too much volume, not particularly helpful and seem to think they're part of the package. The way they were carrying on it made the place feel like a speak-easy for northern idiots. Wind it in, lads, you're extremely unappealing.

New owners...again! Same old customer service, or perhaps it's managed to get worse. Wanted to give the barmaid/asst manager a shake she was so gormless and unhelpful. New owners by New Year is my guess...
