Has been re-decorated and lost one of the pool tables but has pool romm still at back. Gets rammed if an otley run (or 10) hits it but weekday evenings very good. Cheap Food less than �3 a main, it seems to be competing with woodies for 'cheapest food' award.

Great pub, now my local and very grateful. Does cheap food, puts all the footy on except when theres rugby (-;, quiz night thurs/sun is recommended

A must visit if you are using the station, always friendly, nice food and often/always has newspapers out.

Not the greatest pub but 2 redeeming features - has function room which puts live bands on and a beer 'yard' which is a real sun-trap for those summer evenings.

Get in early on a fri/sat night as can get rammed, for ultimate night find and grab 'The Snug' at the back of the pub - a tiny private room for 4-6 with its own bar !

Good warm-up before Warehouse nightclub on fri/sat evenings as no dress code but busy, quiet and friendly during week.

The Original Oak, Headingley
Always start in here after work on fridays, use the back of the downstairs bar to get served quickest. Has started selling bottled beer outside now to save you queuing inside. Dont bother with the food, just drink and enjoy the atmosphere, staff are friendly if you are!
