The Bloated Mallard, Teddington
Went to the bloated Mallard for Sunday lunch . Found the bar staff friendly and helpful , and the Twickenham ales where excellent , Food menu was a disappointment as the Sunday menu was not available . So the choices were a bit limited. In saying that, the lamb shank that most of us tried was pretty good . The only down side was, it was a warm day ,and the staff couldn't seem to open any of the windows to let some air in . So the place was a bit stuffy . But on the whole not bad . Would go again !

The family and I went for a lunch time meal and drink here ,during the Easter break.
The welcome was warm from the landlord and bar staff, and the service was prompt and polite . Food was pretty good quality and helpings more than ample (I don't think anyone left hungry ). The London pride was in pretty good condition and went down very well.On the whole a very pleasant couple of hours spent here .Maybe a bit on the pricey side but well worth a visit .

Avoid if you can ! Went for a drink in here before going to a gig at the electric ballroom. Big mistake ! No real ale on hand pump at all! The only ale was in bottles .Two pints of Newcastle brown and a packet of crisps was �10 !!This was on top of the fact we had to ask for a glasses to drink from ! Also only one person in the front bar serving ,so took a long time to be served .On the up side the pub has plenty of space and the Toilets were fairly decent . But apart from that not much cop !

Princess Victoria, Shepherds Bush
Went in here by chance as we were looking for "The Greyhound" (which is now closed ).I have to say very pleasantly surprised .Yes the Ale is pricey but in superb condition TT landlord was excellent . Bar staff were very polite and friendly ,and the general atmosphere good. The food is expensive but I quality is superb! Have to say ,probably the best stake I have every had . The decoration of the pub is very nice inside still got a lot of the original Victorian plaster work in the restaurant .
The toilets were some of the best I seen, immaculately Victorian styled. Overall a nice experience . But yes pricey . Would visit again
