Radius Arms, Whyteleafe

Excellent addition to the burgeoning Micropub scene. Superb ales and ciders and hosted by the genial Vinny.

The Eagle, Eastbourne

Wednesday night is never a great night in a pub nowadays is it? Perhaps try a review after another chance tomorrow lunchtime. Judgement reserved.

The Buccaneer, Eastbourne

Well what a find! Wonderful and helpful bar man, good beer and good food, what more can a Sloven ask for?

The Richard Cobden, Worthing

OK so the beer is none to bad, the garden area passes muster but for crying out loud I do not like to be kept waiting by the bar person sending a text on the mobile!! Locals not all that friendly either!

The Charles Dickens, Worthing

Good pint of Theakstons Black Bull and possibly the best meal I have had in a pub in donkeys years. Well done and keep it up!

The Sussex Arms, Twickenham

The best pub I have been into in years! Crikey where to start? Excellent ales good bar staff and a fine ambience. Love the lack of lager and its attendant louts!!

The Anchor and Hope, Clapton

Still the best boozer in East London. Nothing seems to have changed except the barstaff are all getting older!!

Be back again soon mates

The Buckingham Arms, Shoreham by Sea

Sorry PubbCrawlerOne I found this to be a friendly and open pub! great range of beers all perfectly kept judging by the 5 I tried out. The barman was attentive, the locals chatty and I was made to feel welcome whilst waiting for a friend to collect me.

The William IV, Leyton

Popped in for one and ended up trying 3 of the 10 or so Brodies ales on tap. Not a bad one amongst them! The amount of beer produced is amazing from such a small brew house!

I will be back for more.

The Castle, Holland Park

Good pub with a selection of ales, 4, plus a huge range of continental and American beers. Surprisingly well priced for the location, 2.95 for a pint of Doombar.
Food was reather good too.

The Crown Hotel, Chertsey

Bloody Nora, a Youngs house with no Special!!
Incredibly expensive.

The Roebuck, Hampton Hill

Glad to say that nothing has changed in this fantastic local. Popped in yesterday evening for a couple of pints and stayed for one more such was the quality of the Doombar!
Nothing more to add really other than to say make the effort and pop in!

The Town Hall Tavern, Chertsey

Just popped in for a pint this evening, well friendly local crowd and welcoming guv'nor, I think called Robert!!
Nice pint of Pride and light and airy interior.
Now called Thyme at The Tavern.
Worth dropping in for a beer, only opens at 5 in the evening.

The Quaker Coffee House, Darlington

Would have to agree with Carlurmston about the cliquey feel in here. That said the guv'nor behind the bar was friendly enough and the beer was wonderful. A tadge difficult to find but worth the effort.

The Black Swan Hotel, Darlington

Not on the list to be recommended!

The Sir Loin Of Beef, Southsea

A wonderful local boozer with a great range of ales. If you are staying in Southsea I would suggest a cab or bus to get there as it is quite a hike otherwise.
Barmaid was knowledgeable about the beers she was serving, which is in my opinion a rarity, and this alone gives this proper pub an advantage!!

The Hole in The Wall, Southsea

What a wonderful pub. Great selection of ales and knowledgeable and helpful bar staff. What more can you ask for.
