Smashing pub really 'villagey' feel to it although only just outside of Stafford. Friendly staff & atmosphere. Good beer & usually a selection of guest ales. What more could we want?

Good friendly pub. I started spending week-ends in Lichfield and wandered into the Kings Head one Saturday night, had a great night, good music, good beer. Started going in regularly at week-ends after that. After a fortnight was made to feel like a local.

The Chicago Rock Cafe, Stafford
Really tried to like this place when it first opened as it seemed to be aimed at 40 somethings with good choice of music and large screen videos playing. But absolutely awful keg beer & warm bottled beer allied to wierd pricing structure based on what time of night it is (as it gets later prices increase)I just cannot bring myself to return and certainly would not recommend it to anyone.
