I had sunday lunch here today & all I can say is WOW!!!
I'm not sure if there's new management here but a definite improvement seems to be taking place. It is more restaurant than bar though which is fine by me if they keep serving food as fine as this. Keep up the good work.

The Horseshoe Inn, London Bridge
Not bad & not good. Feels like a managed estate pub although the Irish manager was the real deal & very friendly, the Mongolian staff speak very poor English.
Alright for pit stop but no atmospere & some strange local types who seemed to think that they were gansters

The Ordnance Arms, Canning Town
If you combined an episode of Shameless & Eastenders, then filled it with people who are not the plastic Londoners that the Islingtonites who write Eastenders think exist, I think that you'd have an idea of the clientel.
Great pub & not as rough as first seems. Real deal boozers with all the usual lagers & a keg on draught.
