Good beer and food, but a very unfriendly landlord. He was extremely rude to a disabled customer and almost knocked her over as she was leaving! After she left, he berated her to his cronies.

Good pub and the English beer was excellent. However, I was disappointed at the reluctance of the barman to serve food. A female customer kindly showed me the specials board and was glared at by the baman who swore under his breath. When I made my choice, the barman told me he would serve me when he had finished cleaning the shelves. I felt obliged to leave and eat somewhere else.

The Buckingham Arms, Westminster
This pub has lost the cosy character it once had. However, the staff were friendly, the beers were in good condition and the atmosphere was relaxing. I enjoyed my visit and so did my friends.

The Barley Mow, Westminster
The beer was in poor condition and was pored in very short measures - a 3 inch head! When I politely asked for a top-up, I was told off by the blond lady behind the bar. So I said I wasn't prepared to pay full price for short measures, and she asked me to leave. What a sham!
