The Cross, Kenilworth

I had the most wonderful meal last night at The Cross. The food is all I can think about so the food is all you are going to read about.
I will return here.

A lovely interior, friendly staff and to be honest I am a little disappointed that I will not be eating here, I really like the look of the menu but we're eating at a place called The Cross tonight

The Duke, Leamington Spa

THE WHITE HAIRED GOTH GIRL WAS EXTREMELY RUDE!!
We also visited The Duke on Tuesday after a recommendation from a local lady in Voodoo bar. They have some great prints and graphics which I love- I often quote "Facebook is the opium of the people" to my employees. Friendly staff (aside from the one on the open air bar) charity shop prices, fantastic interior (I'd like to know where to get that label wallpaper in the restroom) If I'm in the area again I would revisit

The Voodoo Bar, Leamington Spa

I visited Voodoo Bar on Tuesday with my girlfriends on a break from the shopping. They have a nice garden area and some nice wines on there list, we had a pleasant lunchtime snack and the staff were attentive. I did notice on the way to the toilet that some of the interior furniture needs some upholstery work and some walls could do with a touch up but a very interesting use of colour. If I'm in the area again I may visit again depending on the weather or the volume of the music

The Voodoo Bar, Leamington Spa

The Zetland Arms Hotel, Warwick

I also visited The Zetland Arms on Monday after talking to a local in The Rose & Crown, I arrived to a tiny entrance that opens out into a fair sized venue that is doubled by a rear garden. The quality of the service here was excellent. If I'm in the area again I would probably visit again

The Rose and Crown, Warwick

I started my hiatus to discover the secrets of the midlands here in Warwick on Monday. The Rose & Crown was recommended by an acquaintance back in Birmingham and I'm glad he did. I had a lovely meal here accompanied by very nice wine. If I'm in the area again I would visit again
