The better Wetherspoons in York, went in on york races day 3 deep at the bar at 1030am but still got served quickly. A traditional pub.

This pub has now been done up and has a new landlord, very friendly place, nice simple food, nice beer.

King Harry's Bar (Glenbrook Hotel), Shanklin

A quiet pub in the day, lovely gardens, best pub in Shanklin in my view. The Budwiser Budvar on draft was delightful. Good Selection of Real Ales, and Lagers
