The Grasshopper Inn, Moorhouse
What a refreshing change from the hussle & bussle of city life. Set out in the sticks in the country side, it makes a really pleasant day out on a sunny day. Good food and lovely to sit outside.

I've watched most of the football season here this year and found myself here when there's no football on. Warm atmosphere and a well-kept place.

The Essex Serpent, Covent Garden
A good meeting place in Covent Garden if you're unimpressed with top-end cocktail bars etc. An old fashioned traditional boozer with a good atmosphere and a suitable range of well-kept real ales.

The William Morris, Merton Abbey Mills
I had a great roast there with Mum on Sunday and I would certainly recommend this. Nice view of the river and quick, friendly service. 9/10!

Popped in for one on Saturday night and was impressed with the atmosphere so stayed for a pizza and a cocktail and ended up staying till it shut! Great place and will definatley be going back.

Really like this place. Hard to find a sensibly priced pint in this area but you can here. Good food and really quick service even when it's packed on a friday night.

I been coming here on a regular basis recently and it's great (and sadly unusual) to find all 6 real ales on all the time and always in good condition! Good food menu and efficient staff. Hats off to the landlord!

By far the best watering hole in Romsey. Not over-priced, nice surroundings and a great place to unwind. We've been watching the 6 nations here mainly because of the good food.

The Green Man and French Horn, Covent Garden
A welcome oasis of calm in the tourist filled west end. A well-run traditional English pub with a quick service menu and a well kept range of real ales.
