Full of annoying students.
Beer pretty average and have far to many dreary blues bands and groups doing same old same old covers.

Dreary pub fulled of dreary people listening to dreary music. Landlord was hardly the most charismatic or enthusistic publicans I have seen.
OK for those of a pensionable age.

Popped in the pub Saturday night. Absolutely terrific band playing, SLIDER a group doing punk rock. And it was free!
Nice beer, bit crowded so needed more than one barmaid on duty.

What a fab pub! Good food, good beer, live music - punk band called Slider.
Crowded, but very friendly. i had a great night. Best pub in Reigate?

Dingy pub, grumpy landlord who always books tedious live bands. beer ok

Went in a few Saturdays ago. Really good live band playing, (Slider?).
Landlord a nice guy, bar staff polite, decent booze and a friendly atmosphere!

Starthed having 'live music' on a Tuesday. Great! Trouble is it is just a load of local students trying to be rock stars. Dull folk and incompetence.
Saw two decent adult bands. One ended up in an argument as the guy promoting kept turning them down. That ended in them storming off. The other , some weeks later, were told to turn it down and it simply wasnt loud enough.
Beer OK, nice refurbishment, but a bit dull. Might go back in a few months.

Why do pubs having live bands seem to be obsessed by boring MOR or soft rock? I have been hearing Bryan Adams, Hendrix, Mac etc etc for 40 blooming years!
Get some punk, rockabilly or proper R&R.
