Train your staff properly please! Ice dont go in warm glasses. The whitbait came with the remnants of the fryer - ie, some left over chips. Caesar salad was less than mediocre and the bangers and mash fairly revolting with very uncooked onions in the gravy and lumpy mash. Sort it out! Manageress nice enough but other moody staff not good enough.

Everything has changed here from a few years ago. Now doing very, and I mean, very bland burgers in cheap buns, fatty steak sandwiches. they try to mask it by serving it on wooden boards. Service mostly bad tempered, or, some brainless, yet evidently cheap mainland european person who doesn't know what the hell is going on. Go to the atlas up the road if you are in the area. avoid this place though as they really dont have a clue. the parfait was okay but really if you get that wrong, you need to give up.

get some extra staff for friday night or at least set fire to them so they hurry up!! smells like a urinal after about 6.30 at night.

this is what our tourists are greated with when they get off the express from Gatwick. the owners should be ashamed of themselves (fullers). what a shite hole.

dreadful dreadful pub. sticky tables slow staff cold food. everything an english pub should never be. all the septics turn up and think that this is what england is about!

OMG. just been here for lunch. woeful, amateurs. dreadful pasta. eveyone looked disappointed with their food. Asked for a main course caesar salad and they said they couldn't do it as it was only on the started menu. You could really serve turd in a roll in this area and still people will turn up and pay a tenner for it. The bloke behind the bar was so worried about the gel in his stupid haircut that he looked at me as if I was the 1st human that had ever lived.
