The Earl of Wakefield, East Ham

Commonly known as the Earl of Pavement now as most people stand outside here on match days and buy beer from the offie rather than inside. Not the nicest of places, the bogs are usually piss ravaged.

The Victoria Tavern, Plaistow

I use this boozer before and after the games. I love it. Its a proper pub full of proper people. No pretentious tossers like you get round the Chelsea and Arsenal grounds. Nice guinness, great music - what more could you ask for. They didn't even throw my mate out when he was farting like a busted exhaust. They just sprayed air freshner over him! LOL!

British Queen, Tottenham

My mate got a blowjob in the toilets of some bird in this pub one Friday night. Now that is a Brucie if ever there was one.

The Ranelagh, Bounds Green

Barred from a boozer over the internet LOL!! Thats got to be a first!

The Swan, Tottenham

Ended up here recently with a load of West Ham mates after a Spurs away game. All I can say is that it was like Rorkes Drift.

Northumberland Arms, Tottenham

Full of yiddos. Nice barmaids if you like MILFs.

The Well, Muswell Hill

I like this place. Its got decent beer, reasonable prices and football on the box. Proper working man's pub.

The Village, Muswell Hill

I dunno how I ended up in this place but it was like some kind of nightmare. I wouldn't call it a pub, more like a bathroom showroom with drinks. I ordered a round of beers and when it came to paying I asked how much I thought she was telling me the time using the 24hour clock. More like a dentists that a pub. About as traditional as flat pack furniutre.

The Maid of Muswell, Muswell Hill

This pub is satan's ring piece. Richard Littlejohn used to drink here, which sums it up really.

The Hammers, East Ham

Common as muck wives.... hmmmmmmmmmmmm sexy.....

Millers Well, East Ham

I saw mice in here one afternoon carrying some dropped food back to their hole and coming back for the rest of it. In all it took about 8 or 9 trips. Thats better entertainment than a duke box, a live band or a ranting nutcase.
Beer ain't bad either. Don't eat the food, unless you want the mice offering you out!

Springfield Park Tavern, Bounds Green

Not bad. Was in there one night and it sounded like World War 3 had broken out upstairs, turns out they were doing Irish dancing up there??!!!

Not bad, they show football which is a bonus.

The Ranelagh, Bounds Green

Full of middle class tossers and pretentious wannabes. Bring back the old pub, spit in the sawdust, pool tables and football. Thats what pubs are all about, if you don't like it, get yourself down all bar one or something. I'm giving this place a big fat zero because of the prices alone. 3.30 for a Guinness?? This is Bounds Green mate, not Green Park!!

Goose, Wood Green

It may smell like a bag ladies period but the beer is cheap and the old irishmen are entertaining if you fill them full of beer. If you don't like roughing it, don't bother.

The Lord Stanley, Plaistow

This pub is great. I remember one last home game of the season where I was absolutley wasted and was up on the stage doing kareoke with hardly any clothes on singing West Ham songs, and generally being a pain in the 'arris I wasn't barred. Now that is quality!

The Victoria Tavern, Plaistow

I love this place. End up here before most games. Great atmosphere if you are West Ham, if you're not, don't bother, its not very welcoming to away fans. Saying that...a couple of Spurs mates came in here are they beat us 4-3 and absolutley loved it. One of them stunk the place out with his rancid farts and the barmaid sprayed him with air freshner. Now that is loyalty above and beyond the call of duty!!

The Black Lion, Plaistow

Brilliant pub with a great pint of Guiness. Go here on Saturdays before the game. Can get a bit cramped in the winter but the garden in Summer is great. Would recommend.

Yates's Wine Lodge, Wood Green

Do people ever drink in this place? Its a dump. Plastic atmosphere, typical of the pub chains that are ruining the traditional English pub.

Spouter's Corner, Wood Green

What a Kahrzi. I thought I was in an Albanian social club. Avoid the place like the plague.

28 Jul 2007 17:25

The Jolly Anglers, Wood Green

One of the best pubs in Wood Green. Good DJ on a Friday but its full of students.

28 Jul 2007 17:23

The Park Inn, Wood Green

Very nice pub indeed. I know the govenor but even if I did'nt I'd like it. Great pint of Guinness and if you're a fan of lager they've got Warsteiner on tap which is a real bonus.

28 Jul 2007 17:21

Monaghan's Tavern, Wood Green

Horrible place. If you're English forget it. Wouldn't go there again if all the beer was free.
