The young brunette barmaid in there saturday was gorgeous.

The Louden Tavern, Glasgow

Spent a night in here on friday night before our game with Gers and thought it was brilliant, cheers for the superb reception lads, hopefully we'll get the chance to re-pay it next season down here.

The Crane, Wandsworth

Quality pub, not pretencious or snobby, just a proper old English pub.

The Jolly Maltster, Fulham

Looks quite nice inside, typical new age 'pub'. Strictley over 21s which could give them a headache on football days but not a bad place. 3.40 for a pint of heineken though which is very expensive, even for Fulham.

Chamged its name to Malsters something as well.

The Angel, Thames Ditton

Beer is disgusting, expensive as well, the Fosters anyway, only had one so can't comment on anything else, looks nice enough inside, good old english pub.

The Railway, Putney

4-5 years ago this was the best pub in Putney to be in. Always packed, especially on weekends upstairs and Wednesday nights.

The barstaff were always friendly (i knew nearly all of them, but still) as well as the manager who i also knew quite well.

Then a new manager came in whose obvious mission was to rid the pub of all under 25s, particulaly my group of friends. He moaned about the noise upstairs which was in fact a busy pub with lots of voices, people dropping fag on the floor (all of which seemed to be our fault), even people spilling drink on the table.

He succeeded, the pub is now empty most nights, devoid of all atmosphere and bucking the trend of nearly all pubs in Putney being terrible.

Not somewhere i'd ever want to drink in again.
