The Talbot, Leamington Spa

Nice little pub with a couple of rooms and very reliable, high quality beer. They have a board describing the ales and informing punters of what's coming up, which is a nice touch. There are a couple of screens, but these can be avoided in the larger side room. The locals are friendly and the landlord is too. There is a dartboard. Very good pub, accessible from the canal, or tucked off Radford Road.

Woodland Tavern, Leamington Spa

Great pub with lovely beer and friendly staff. They welcome all and always make room. There's a nice sanguine dog that's no bother. Courtyard for smoking, large back room for functions and a nice curved bar area with a decent jukebox and darts. You can get the best tasting and best priced pint of Slaughterhouse in town here. Highly recommended to all.

The Somerville Arms, Leamington Spa

Excellent pub. They keep the beer very well here - mostly Everards and one pump of Adnams Broadside. There's usually a guest, often another Adnams. They've even got Everards Mild on which you don't often see. Decent prices for nice pints. Some of the best live music in town (for free!) on the Irish and Bluegrass nights, can't speak for the others as I've not been down. Nice little garden, cozy back room, nice main bar. Can't ask for more.
