The Rising Sun, Tottenham Court Road
The menu is the same as the Royal George in Euston so the fish and chips is still good. The pub seemed pretty good, still not amazing but Ok

Bland bar, but it has many memories for me. Plenty of outside seating space n all. Beware of the randoms asking for change.

Maybe the best pub in Euston, it does however often get too packed in the evenings to be worth it. The fish and chips is good though.

An acceptable bar mainly showing the football. Pretty bland but at least it was fairly empty.

Went here as it was near the station. Didn't seem very interesting, your usual kind of interior these days, but its clean and acceptable with reasonable ales.

The Hole In The Wall, Waterloo
Walked in but didnt stay for a drink. Looked messy and not inviting. But its probably still a good beer pub if waiting for a train

Had a lovely burger here the other day. Plenty of real ale choice normally which is handy, but if the Hobgoblin is on thats always the best ale. Nice pub.

Disgusting pub. Refusing to serve me on purpose lol. Its a disgrace and should be closed down.

I did the reasonable thing and came to the Kings Head today. Nothing wrong with kids being in a pub, but when the parents can't control them its a lot of shouting and doesn't make it enjoyable for the other punters. Sadly the pub doesn't do food between 3-5pm so it was a bit of a mixed bag, the ale choice if acceptable but the pub is somewhat miserable, not even any Sky Sports on for example.

Despite the somewhat mixed reviews it seemed reasonable to visit the Wetherspoons in Guildford today. I sat upstairs and the service was actually fast, efficent and good quality. The Texan Veggie Burger did what it said on the tin, while the real ale choice was very good. Much better when the staff are friendly and the tables are clean.

The Kings Head, Guildford
Served a nice bowl of chips within 10 minutes and staff were even kinda friendly! Oh the stoke cannot learn. Annoying punters at times but deserves an 8 or 9
