Beehive, Bedfont

I think this is a great pub, generally very friendly locals. It's a Fuller's pub so Pride and ESB as to be expected, which don't disappoint. Very friendly bar staff. Thai food kitchen is a real treat, all freshly cooked and some interesting flavours. This is a separate business from the pub itself but again very friendly service . We sometimes go for lunch there on a Friday from work as the large beer garden is a treat on sunny days.
Sky sports big screen, great for the rugby although more of a football pub and the darts board in the snug bar is right on target (excuse the pun).

The Honeycombe (Hungry Horse), Hounslow

Pub is a decent size inside which makes you think they'd be able to cope with a large number of customers. Unfortunately that isn't the case as we've often experienced long delays waiting for simple orders (burger & chips, etc) at lunchtimes (is that to be expected?)
Food isn't that great either, which is strange for such a large food-chain. Chips are often cold and not many of them.
I don't see any decent beers on tap either, mostly the usual lagers and ciders, etc. We've moved our work lunch venue to the Duke of Wellington pub just up the road, much faster service and slightly better quality of food.

Duke Of Wellington, Hatton

Sometimes go for lunch during the week with some colleagues. Very quiet, pub nearly empty but that does mean you get your food very quickly!
Food is generally very good (quality and amount) for a pub, no complaints.
Lots of things to do, pool table, darts, etc. imagine it sould be quite a lively pub in the evenings.
Not a huge choice of real beer (ie. not lager), but the IPA is decent enough.

The Green Man, Hatton

Lovely old pub with a choice of beers (2 cask ales) plus the usual lagers and ciders, etc.
Unfortunately the lunchtime food isn't up to much; ordered a burger with my beer but it was burnt crunchy, obviously pre-cooked and reheated (not very nice). The eleven chips I got with it were cold too.
A colleague ordered the apple pie with custard which was obviously microwaved because the tiny slice of pie had collapsed into the sea of custard which itself had skin round the edges. Not pleasant to look at.
If you're a plane-spotter this is the place for you, just steer clear of the food!
I've given a rating of 7 because I've been kind and ignored the poor food.
