I used to love this pub ten years ago, but it seems to have changed in character. It still looks the same, but just doesn't feel right now.

Had an enjoyable few hours and the host , Chris ,
was very friendly and accomodating.
Even when we mentioned we were only in Clapham for
the evening and wanted to try several local bars he
helped us finding where we wanted to go to the point
of ringing one pub for directions.
It has a lovely roof terrace which will soon be
heated (unfortunatley not soon enough for us as we
visited on a freezing afternoon in November).
at the moment Chris only has Bombardier on tap however
tried other ales only to find that they weren't selling.
certainly worth a visit if your'e in the area.

Feels kind of dirty. Sticky tables and decor from the 70s (and not in a good way). Food pretty substandard. Randomly playing hardcore house music regardless of time/mood!
Beer ok.
Think you would already have to be pretty drunk before entering to enjoy an evening here.

I wouldn't say this place is crap but it's nothing to shout about either. It's fine, just... unremarkable.

This is a very, very old pub featuring in old maps of Clapham. But then it was called the "Cock Inn". The blasted owners renamed it in the 70s and we lost a bit of history - and a wonderful pub name! Really horrible now.
