Pleasant large, easy-going place as you'd expect in college land. That said, we were there in the daytime, and I expect anywhere in Manchester on Fridays and Saturdays can be, well, like you'd expect.

The Footage has recently been infested by chavs on Friday and Saturday nights. Please sort out the door policy!

If your looking for shaven, glittery t-shirt wearing scum! Get yourself to footage

Good place for watching sports on the many screens. Try to go straight upstairs to the bar there (if it is open). Otherwise buy drinks downstairs and take them upstairs. The balcony seats give the best view in the house. Beer wise - standard studenty sort of thing.

First of all, why "It's a Scream"? Why couldn't it have been "Broadway Boogie-Woogie" or "Las Meninas". Did the marketing focus group responsible for these dens have a fixation on the colour yellow and hence the result? Surely "Sunflowers" would have been better if that were the aim - or, Bosch's "Garden of Earthly Delights" because that's a better approximation of what it's like to be in here on a friday night only even more tortuous than being set upon by devils with red hot lances. Chokingly dire.

Great Oxford road bar. Yellow card is top 1.25 for tequilla and other shots !
Wicked bar staff my friend poured drink all over bar and unlike most Manchester drinking holes diden't get chucked out for being drunk but got given another drink for free
Top place when students are in
