| I disagree with the bad reviews for this pub. Admittedly I was only there for an hour but the service was good, they had two decent ales (as well as the usual largers) and a pizza my sister ordered arrived promptly and was tasty. | an excellent pub. very good beer on tap - crisp and clean - served by cheery bar maids and men and the occasional eastern euro beauty. limited food menu, but good burgers. a nice place to spend a drunken afternoon. definatly worth a trip from north london excellent_drinker - 11 Mar 2009 14:59 |
| Went there last night and it's not really much to write home about. The bar staff started tidying everything away at about ten - we ended up sitting at the bar surrounded by tables with the chairs on top of them. We left around eleven, maybe even slightly before, I nipped to the toilet and by the time I got back they'd put my bar stool on the bar and were waiting to lock up. Not very friendly.
