| Slightly above average Wetherspoons. A few local guest ales as well as the 3 usual real ales. Food usually good and often busy on curry & steak nights. Can be difficult to get served when busy. This is a live sports pub so noisy and crowded when sports events taking place. Pub is located on Stalybridge's crumbling, grotty, half boarded up, third world shopping precint so can be a bit rough.
