I defy anyone to say they can find a better Sunday carvery than here! Huge plateful of anamazing choice AND they willingly topped up our plates with chosen veggies! Delicious! Not any more expensive than elsewhere-though did find the kids running around on Sunday afternoons irritating-apart from this it is highly recommended!

Not bad. Staff are friendly enough, as long as you don't happen to go in when the polish girls are working. A more miserable face you never will see, not even a simple 'hello' or 'goodbye'.Rude.

Sunday roast is blooming excellent!

Enjoy a pint here before jumping on the 65 to go and see the super Bees (you're spot-on, anon, 12.9.07). Like Man Utd, some can only buy the shirt and call themselves fans when they rarely venture inside the ground. Decent boozer. Enough said.

Great pub and great food especially the carvery on Sundays, I would give this pub ten if the drinks weren't so expensive, i.e. charging as much for a blackcurrant and soda as you would for a pint of beer, would have had a beer if I knew they would do that.

btw there's no pool table, it's wrongly listed in the facilities above
