| This place hasn't been reviewed for over two years and there's been a lot of changes. Has a large sign outside advertising that this place serves real ale. It has 3 handpumps but no real ale, only 2 other customers in the bar, one of whom left just after I arrived. It's now very tatty, with wet & smelly toilets and a general air of being unloved. I called in The Cock later and mentiioned that I'd been in here. The barman said "Oh God is that place still open, I thought it had closed ages ago". I assured him that it would be closed soon. Sadly, this wasn't the worst pub I went in last night which is why I'm giving this place a 1. Wellington really is a dump! ROBCamra - 22 Jan 2009 09:11 |
