user reviews of the Hungry Horse, Luton

please note - reviews on this site are purely the opinion of site visitors, so don't take them too seriously.

Recently refurbished with lively clientele in the bar area and a variety of families etc in the restaurant area. If you want food it's an ideal stop off.

Went here once for a Christmas do. Our idiot deputy had ordered our Christmas dinner to go to the Dunstable Hungry Horse so we ended up ordering off the regular menu. It was pretty crap.

I visited this pub last Friday with GF and friends. Had a great night. Good music, great atmosphere. Ruddles out of this world. Some Fantastic ales to come; ever changing guest and seasonal ales, at prices for a cheap evening. No need to buy one get one free !!!!
We'll be back and singing the praises of this managed pub and it's customers.

Huge pub/restaurant/ The babbling brook/bridge frontal facade may have once been nice; but quaint it ain't. A eatery devoid of charm, largely running on the proceeds of Luton's familymen whose sense of guilt is assuaged by getting their old Ma out for Sunday lunch - while their own shreiking overactive offspring run riot.

I worked there for a while in the kitchen, the food is quality and the bar staff class. Very friendly staff all round, they have a dat board, pool table, and a quiz machine. Nice place as well, clean and nice looking, the patrons arent bad either, a friendly place.
