| I have just returned from. A child's birthday party in this awful pub . I have never come across such a poor ignorant and incredibly rude manager/landlord in my life . Who looled shed swallowed a wasp the whole time.we were there.The children were.trying to enjoy themselves they were not tearing the place to pieces or being raucous but the managers attitude was like they were..She didn't stop complaining to the adults or making faces giving dirty looks or shaking her head the entire time we were there. I'm Surprised the pub has any customers at all with attitude like that there are more pleasant public houses down the road...This manager needs to go on a customer relations course .AVOID THIS PUB AT ALL COSTS ..!!!!! simb - 26 Jul 2014 23:17 |

| The Woman Manager is very rude was given wrong food order had to ask 7 times for a refund and then i got money thrown back at me. IF you ask for food they acually moan about making it. My children were told behave or get out in a loud rude tone!! Could be a nice pub if different management They need to go on a course on how to treat customers Was smoking out side she shut the door saying smoke in the garden thats what its for now move!!! pitbulls - 4 Jan 2014 08:36 |
| Would never go in this pub again.Over charged me so I politely pointed it out and got abused and told I was wrong but showed I was right by the price list I was insulted and my money was slamed on the bar.Very rude women run the pub would easily be mistaken for men. brooks.c1 - 5 May 2013 00:04 |
